This porcelain tea set is handmade and hand painted with a bamboo motif on each piece. The painting is applied between two layers of glaze and is known as youzhongcai 釉中彩.
Because each piece is handmade there will always be a slight variation between pieces. Each piece is unique. This studio strictly follows the traditional Jingdezhen techniques.
