This is handmade by one of our studios, called QingKe Xuan 清可轩 in Jingdezhen. The studio signature is on the bottom of the gaiwan. This studio strictly follows the traditional Jingdezhen techniques, with the exception of using an electric kiln for firing.

I am so glad I got this fair cup.

I am so glad I got this fair cup. It is beautifully translucent, and feels so light yet strong in one's hand. I love the contrast of pairing its modern minimalistic design alongside the traditional shapes of yixing teapots.

The size is beautifully proportioned.

I use this fair cup mainly for green teas. A beautiful and calming sight to see nature's green encapsulated in this beautiful white vessel. The smooth porcelain surface feels great in the hand and creates a clean pour. The size is beautifully proportioned.
