I ordered 4 Shino glaze cups to use as a set for tea, sake, or shochu. Each was well-wrapped and packaged, and came in its own box, padded on the inside to protect it. No chips, scrapes, or cracks were noticeable. They feel hefty and durable in the hand, and can take hotter tea without burning your hand; which is nice.
