This tea was picked in the spring of 2017 at Pa Sha 帕沙 in Menghai county Yunnan. The tea was plucked from Big Tree Dashu 大树 Tea Trees that are mature at around 75-100 years old. The tea was carefully stone-pressed by hand at Tianming Tea Factory in Menghai. The tea has been kept in Guangdong dry storage for 5 years in Tianming's warehouse in Guangzhou.
This is a nice young sheng that we use as a tea for daily drinking. It has a nice strong flavour with some slight bitterness and a pleasant sweet aftertaste.
