Tianbai 甜白 translated as Sweet White, is a rich white porcelain glaze created during the Ming Dynasty YongLe Period (AD1403 – 1424).
This gaiwan is handmade of fine white porcelain with tianbai glaze by our studio in Jingdezhen. This studio strictly follows the traditional Jingdezhen techniques for fine porcelain.The porcelain is fine with good translucence and the jade-like quality that is typical of Tianbai Jingdezhen Porcelain.
