猫耳朵 "Cat Ear" Tea is picked from a small group of pu'er tea trees that have developed a mutation that gave rise to smaller leaves and a characteristically strong floral aroma, especially noticeable when the tea is processed as black or white tea. These cakes were stone pressed by hand by 春日山蓝 Azure Spring of Taiwan.
