The teacup has hand painted qinghua (cobalt blue) under the ruyao glaze and fencai (many-colored) above the glaze.
This ruyao gaiwan has a Chinese Landscape Painting applied by the studio artist in qinghua (blue) to the outside of the gaiwan. The ruyao glaze is Shan Kiln's Moon White ruyao 月白汝窑.
These pieces were handmade by Master Lee ShanMing 李善明 of Shan Kiln. He has devoted himself to the art of ruyao for nearly two decades.
All pieces are delivered in a gift box.
