This is a premium grade of rougui produced by Pengzuyan Tea Factory. The tea was harvested from Xiaozhulin in the spring of 2025. The tea has a lovely balanced, layered profile, with cinnamon and orchid notes, some minerality and sweet aftertaste. A clean, smooth rogui.
BREWING METHODS
Add around 6-6.5g of tea for every 100ml of water.
There is no need to rinse the tea before drinking. We recommend using just-boiled water around 95-99C and steeping for short 5 second periods. The tea can be steeped many times (7 or more).
